Crock Pot Freezer Meals #2 & #3


Ranch Chicken and Italian Chicken Dinners

I made both of these at the same time, just a few ingredients and they are ready for the freezer!  You can substitute whatever veggies you might like and add as much meat as you need for your size family.  I have 5 children so I tend to go big on meals, but you can make this a dinner for 2 by adjusting the ingredients.


Ranch Chicken

6 chicken breasts cut in half
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
5 large potatoes diced

Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag.  Seal getting as much air out as possible.  Place in freezer and forget it!  On cooking day, place contents of bag in your crock pot.  Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is no longer pink and potatoes are tender.  Enjoy!  I like to serve this with a side salad and breadsticks. 


Italian Chicken

6 chicken breasts cut in half
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 packet italian dressing seasoning
1 can green beans drained
1 1/2 cups mini carrots
Wide noodles cooked to package instructions

Place all ingredients except noodles in a gallon freezer bag. Seal getting as much air out as possible. Place in freezer and forget it!  On cooking day, place contents of bag in your crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is no longer pink and carrots are tender.  Serve over cooked wide noodles.  Enjoy!
